Dr. Ronnie Martin is the CEO and President of MRM Consulting Services. Dr. Martin’s dissertation investigated the extent to which government contractors & organizational properties influence the use of strategic planning technologies and processes in pursuit of government contracts. The study explored the relationship between properties used to describe government contractor organizations and their use of these tools and processes to pursue government contracts by assessing organizational properties and the use of these tools. Dr. Martin has 22 years’ experience managing and participating in the development of proposals for Government and commercial contracts. Served as CEO, President, Sr. Consultant, Proposal Manager, Volume Manager and Subject Matter Expert. Adept at analyzing requirements and developing strategic management approaches to meet RFP and SOW requirements.
As a Sr. Consultant, provided multi-volume, large proposal development services for large, complex FP, T&M, CPAF/IF/FF and IDIQ, competitive proposals for major technical and aerospace and commercial companies which have included: DOD [Army, Air Force] FAA, NASA [JSC, MSFC, GSFC, KSC, ], GSA, Local & State Government. Dr. Martin has also worked on foreign government proposal submissions, such as MoD in the United Kingdom.
