New Associate Application Process

Thank you for your interest in MRM Consulting Services. Since 1996, MRM consulting services has assisted government contractors and commercial entities in developing winning proposals in response to formal Requests for Proposals. The proposal procurement size has ranged from 100M to 2B. We provide a flexible process that is adaptable to the size of the response. We provide comprehensive proposal support services ranging from strategy and management to proposal writing, graphics, document formatting, and production. It’s Easy to become an Associate at MRM Consulting Services. For consideration, we require more than just a résumé to review. If you are interested in joining a dynamic, growing company as a consultant (1099), please follow the process below:

1. To get the process started, provide the required information below and submit a version of your resume.

2. We will review your material, identify your proposal skills and experience, and provide you with the MRM resume template. Submit the MRM Resume template  once completed:

3. Then, the next time we have an opportunity where we think your skills would be a good fit; we will contact you to schedule an interview. After the interview, we’ll rank your skills and experience, check your references, and conduct a background check.

4. If everything goes well with the references and background check, we will contact you by e-mail with an executed agreement and a job offer. If you accept the job offer, we will send you a task order by email and schedule MRM training prior to start date. If you decide not to accept one of our offers, that’s not necessarily the end of our relationship. We’ll be happy to keep your name and information in our database should another opportunity arise where we think you would be a good fit.
